This position is ideal for an engineer with semiconductor process, integration, device, yield, or manufacturing experience who is interested in developing expertise in advanced GAA technology.Role and Responsibilities\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\nLead 2nm technology transfer, NPI, process setup, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.\nMonitor and analyze inline, electrical, process, and yield data to identify process or integration issues.\nSupport engineering lot execution, wafer disposition, process changes, and technical issue resolution.\nPerform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions for process excursions and yield issues.\nSupport DOE and process-window studies to improve process stability, yield, and performance.\nEvaluate interactions between process modules and their impact on device and product performance.\nWork with Process Architecture, Module, Device, Yield, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.\nSupport NPI activities and advanced-node manufacturing ramp.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, process specifications, and engineering best-known methods.\nDrive continuous improvement in process stability, yield, quality, and manufacturing execution.\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's What You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, process integration, device engineering, yield engineering, or related fields.\nExperience with CMOS, FinFET, GAA, or other semiconductor technologies.\nBasic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or semiconductor device fundamentals.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to analyze engineering data and communicate technical findings.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.\nStrong ownership, communication, and teamwork skills.\nProject management skills· Analysis skills, including yield analysis, electrical device characterization, yield issue investigations, data mining, DOE, and SPC· Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and various statistics programs (i.e. JMP, Spotfire)· \nProgramming and/or scripting experience is a plus\nMust be capable of shifting focus and changing priorities - dealing with ambiguity.\nMust demonstrate strong core values including: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Quality, and Continuous Learning.\nMust have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.\nMust have interpersonal skills to escalate issues, get support, and effect lasting change.\nMust have proven skills of peer leadership, and mentoring of junior level engineers.\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.\nMust be able to work on different shifts based on project need.\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
