Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.Role and Responsibilities\nHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:\nChange Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.\n\nTroubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.\n\nMonitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.\n\nWork inside a fab environment, wearing a fab suit for entire shift.\n\nTeamwork and Communication: Able to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.\n\nWork hours: D Shift - Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's what you'll need:\n2-year college degree or technical degree (Associates degree or equivalent related Military experience).\n\n5-10 years of related experience.\n\nCMP Semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience preferred\n\nProficient in MS Excel, WORD, PowerPoint and possess technical writing and communication skills.\n\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $26.50 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
