Position Summary Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to join the T1 Infra Technology Team. The Manager of FS Operations leads a 24/7 technician and supervisor organization dedicated to maximizing operational uptime. This is a high-complexity role that requires managing a hybrid environment: maintaining a stable environment for live wafer production while simultaneously overseeing the commissioning and balancing of new facility systems (including exhaust and leak response) as the fab continues to expand.Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Own the KPIs for facility operational uptime and availability to ensure zero production disruptions. Coordinate the balance between ongoing fab construction/commissioning and live wafer production. Lead the change point process for transitioning new systems into the operational maintenance portfolio.
