This team is focused on streamlining processes, controlling budgets, facilitating contracts, monitoring and analyzing expense data, working across infra departments to consolidate findings and vendor compliance for the all cost process as it relates to S2 (Austin). As a Manager / TR, they would lead this team to work together to facilitate processes and troubleshoot issues relating to Cost Management.Role and Responsibilities\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\nDemonstrate effective collaboration with S2 Infra Departments (Facility Services, HVAC, Electric, GCS, AT, iQA, WTR) to improve team metrics\nData collection, analysis, and collaborative improvements of S2 Cost metrics including Invoicing TAT, On time Payment, System Utilization, rules compliance, expense control, promotion of savings and others.\nParticipate and Manage TFTs activities to improve Cost processes\nCollaborate with Infra Engineering, manufacturing, Sister Fabs, support groups, and executives to ensure compliance to external and internal specifications and guidance.\nLead the deployment of medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives\nAnalyze and make recommendations to help improve cost control focusing on major and minor indices for each sub-department’s processes and programs\nCommunicate the results of analysis, drive improvements and share with peers, managers, and executives.\nStudy opportunities and drive implementation for CIP Work.\nProject management, Daily/Weekly/Monthly metric reporting, and status updates\nEnforce rules & systems based operation to all employees while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current\nExpectation is to have proficiency in project management, reporting, data visualization, and data-mining. \nHire, train, supervise, and performance manage direct employees\nPerform employee quarterly reviews of direct employees\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's What You'll Need:\nBS degree required - Engineering, Industrial Engineer or related field preferred.\nSemiconductor MFG experience required - Five+ years of engineering experience preferred.\nProject management skills required; formal training preferred\nSr Engineer or higher (Internal SAS Candidates)\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
