This position has primary ownership of ensuring that all cashback payments and associated reporting are completed on schedule and follow established procedures and policies.\nIn this role, you will mainly be responsible for the following activities:\nDevelop or update standard operating procedures\nCollaborate with different stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables\nPerform a series of pre-defined checks over the documents submitted by Samsung customers\nDocument and evaluate customer submissions for cashback requests\nCreate claims and process payments\nAct as escalation point for complex issues\nTake ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution\nCreate and deliver various types of reports\nYour profile:\nFluent in English (German, French or Italian would be considered a plus)\nExcellent eye for details and curiosity to investigate\nFlexibility / adaptability to cope with a dynamic working environment and a new project setup\nCustomer orientation and great communication skills\nGood Excel skills\nPrevious experience with SAP and CRM systems would be a plus\nExperience in writing and documenting processes as well as work procedures would be a plus\nPrevious experience in Client Support / back-office would be a plus\nPlease note that this is a 6-month outsourced contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.\nSkills and Qualifications\nWhy is Samsung SSC Europe the place to be?\nSamsung is a global leader in technology, opening new possibilities for people everywhere.
