Innovation and creativity are highly valued at this innovation hub, as we strive towards providing high reliability; high performance and value added services that enable Samsung Electronics deliver world-class products.\nRole and Responsibilities\nSSIR Foundry System SW Team in india owns software development for SOCs which are built using advanced FAB technologies like 2nm to 7nm having HW IPs (LPDDR5x,HBM3,HBM4,PCIe, MIPI-CSI, USB, Multimedia Codec Accelerators), Graphical Processors (Mali GPUs), General purpose processors (All ARM profiles, RISC-V). Software development of the team involves developing Firmware, Bootloaders, Linux/RTOS device drivers, Power/Peformance Optimizations for customer use case, Development of Firmware used for screening of Silicon in FAB process (SLT).\nRequired Skills:\nSystem level understanding of ARM based SOC. \nHands on experience in bare metal programming and firmware code development. \nExpert in LPDDR5 & HBM3 bring up in pre-silicon and post-silicon envirnoment. \nWorking experience on Zebu Emulation. \nVery good understanding of caching, coherency, Interleaving and trustzone. . \nWorking experience in post-silicon board bring up. \nStrong debugging skills based on trace32, waveform, verdi. \nGood to Have Skills:\nRISC-V based SOC architecture.\nProtocol knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C. \nUnderstanding of emulation transactors of low speed & high speed IPs\nSkills and Qualifications\nExperience - 4 to 12 years\nQualifications\nB.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E\nDisclaimer\nSamsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR), a division of Samsung R&D India - Bangalore Pvt.
