Role & Responsibilities
The Manager, B2B Field Service Operations role oversees B2B escalations from customer and sales for service solutions requires highest attention along with operations support to improve brand image. This has direct correlation to service reason for sale our products and gain customers loyalty. As company is heavily focusing on transforming AI driven and smart enhancement, strongly preferred candidate should have data/statistic science relative experience or degree.
- Forecasting & Inventory management via deep data research and analysis
- B2B Dedicated Parts Demand Forecasting & Building Automation Process (Data / Statistic Driven)
- Operation Support (Contact Center / Service Operation)
- Operational enhancement with AI adoption and future process development
- Special Remediation and Repair Projects
- Customer Facing Support
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience
- Soft Skills and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
- Service Operations knowledge
Data analysis & AI project adoption
