You'll continuously track production data and adjust equipment settings to maintain stability and minimize defects. By conducting routine tests and analysis, you'll also identify deviations from the standard operating procedures. Working closely with process engineers to implement improvements and scale up new technologies, will also be part of your role. Ultimately, your primary goal will be to maximize yield and ensure consistent output across the production line.Role and Responsibilities\nHere's what you'll be responsible for:\nRecipe Setup and Management: Performing Recipe Set-Up, including understanding recipe structures, inputting parameters, and verifying the setup through initial wafer evaluations. \nProcess Condition Calibration: Adjusting parameters within the Recipe Spec to maintain standards and managing the history of these changes. \nProcess Optimization: Identifying key factors and performing sensitivity analysis on parameters to derive and verify optimal process conditions. \nProcess Window Management: Defining the Process Window, setting upper/lower limits, and performing margin analysis to ensure stability. \nQuality and Stability Monitoring: Monitoring process quality and stability, and responding to abnormalities in the production flow. \nProcess Validation: Executing and validating process changes to ensure they do not negatively impact product quality. \nTechnical Analysis and Design: Performing technical analysis and design to optimize the process and maintain high yield.\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's what you'll need:\nAssociate’s degree (AAS/AS) or technical certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Automation, Electromechanical Technology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field OR equivalent military technical training\n2+ years of semiconductor process technician experience\nFamiliarity with SPC, cleanroom protocols, and basic data analysis (Excel/MES)\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
