Team member will conduct internal inspections of operation to ensure all equipment is serviced by equipment maintenance provider. Café Op’s team member will ensure all Samsung Contracted Vendors to support the café are paid for services provided. Café Op’s member will continually survey Samsung staff to provide improved services regularly and ensure all requests have appropriate responses. Café Op’s member is expected to oversee Café Operations Contract by coordinating, reviewing, preparing results to key leadership to support selected decisions.
