Position Summary
The 14nm Product PIE holds full accountability for the lifecycle of products for specific customers, spanning from the initial NPI phase through to high-volume mass production. To maximize profitability and quality, the PIE drives systematic yield enhancement activities; when yield loss occurs, they lead the investigation to identify the root cause by leveraging data and insights from the Yield Analysis team. To ensure consistent quality across the fab, the PIE works closely with the owners of each unit process layer to define, validate, and implement Best Known Methods (BKM). Additionally, the PIE maintains a strong customer-facing presence by attending regular progress meetings, managing expectations, and diligently following up on all technical action items to ensure customer satisfaction.Role and Responsibilities

- Inline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting
- Excursion action follow-up
- attending customer meeting and action item follow up
Skills and Qualifications
Here's What You'll Need:
- Engineering degree from Physics, Chemical Engineer, EE, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years or more semiconductor process experience
- Strong statistical analysis skill using JUMP or Spotfire
- Strong technical communication skill
The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws. Employment may be contingent on either the applicant verifying that the applicant falls under the “U.S. Person” definition (including U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or the employer timely obtaining any necessary export license under federal law. The employer evaluates export licensing on a case-by-case basis and may decline to proceed with a job applicant in its sole discretion, as export license applications can take many weeks to process.
