To maximize profitability and quality, the PIE drives systematic yield enhancement activities; when yield loss occurs, they lead the investigation to identify the root cause by leveraging data and insights from the Yield Analysis team. To ensure consistent quality across the fab, the PIE works closely with the owners of each unit process layer to define, validate, and implement Best Known Methods (BKM). Additionally, the PIE maintains a strong customer-facing presence by attending regular progress meetings, managing expectations, and diligently following up on all technical action items to ensure customer satisfaction.Role and Responsibilities\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\n14nm product ownership for multiple customers\nBKM spread\nInline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting\nExcursion action follow-up\nattending customer meeting and action item follow up\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's What You'll Need:\nEngineering degree from Physics, Chemical Engineer, EE, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering\n2 years or more semiconductor process experience\nStrong statistical analysis skill using JUMP or Spotfire\nStrong technical communication skill\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nThis position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws.
