Regional Project Coordinator, Senior Executive (2years contract)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Operations Specialist to support the efficient execution and monitoring of digital system operations and enhancements across multiple regional systems.The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the usage of various regional systems and provide insights to the relevant business operations
Role and Responsibilities
System Enhancement Planning:
· Drive the roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements for regional systems based on business needs and user feedback.
Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis:
· Conduct deep dives into pain points reported by subsidiaries across various systems.
· Provide root cause analyses and recommend system or process improvements.
System Development Task Monitoring:
· Track and monitor monthly man-hours and development progress across key regional systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource plans.
KPI & Adoption Tracking:
· Analyze monthly usage data and evaluate adoption progress of core systems by subsidiaries against set KPIs.
· Prepare and deliver PowerPoint & Excel reports summarizing project status, risks, and key updates to management.
Vendor Management:
· Review and verify monthly invoices for vendor services; ensure timely submission for payment processing.
· Support annual review of vendor operations contracts to ensure alignment with performance and scope..
Survey Administration Support:
· Provide ad hoc support for HQ-led surveys, including coordination, communication with subsidiaries, and data collection.
System Training:
· Coordinate and support ad hoc training sessions
Other ad-hoc duties
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
· 3 years of experience in project operations, system coordination, or business analysis.
· Knowledge with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
