SAP SCM P2P Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM P2P Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, P2P processes, and SAP IBP Planning. The role will involve business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, testing, implementation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design SAP process enhancements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement / P2P processes and integrations.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and supporting documentation.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Lead routine process changes and system enhancements.
• Conduct user training and support adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to identify and resolve process issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement / P2P experience.
• Strong knowledge of PO, STO, subcontracting, inventory management, release strategies, and supplier evaluation.
• Strong understanding of procurement master data: Vendor, Material, Purchasing Info Records, Outline Agreements, and BOM.
• Hands-on/strong functional knowledge of SAP IBP: Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and SOP.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, consensus forecasting, time-series planning, planning areas, master data types, and key figures.
• Integration knowledge of CI-DS, S/4 MRP, and PP/DS.
• Understanding of integration with warehouse management, distribution, and finance.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, testing, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP BI, ABAP Query, Excel, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent business experience. MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
