Have a strong understanding of reliability concepts, such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Maintenance types, MTTF, MTBF, and MTTR. Drive process optimization by studying performance data and implementing engineering solutions. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems. Analyze performance data and develop metrics for various operations, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency. (Multiple Openings)\nSkills and Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field and 60 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following: Capacity forecasting and capacity management; Process improvement; Product lifecycle management; Semiconductor Manufacturing; Data Analysis and statistics; Risk assessment; Reliability Design and Quality; and Project Management.\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $158,823 to $178,823. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifi cations and experience.
