Responsible for the day-to-day administration of social media accounts and digital platforms, including content publishing and scheduling, community monitoring, user response management, and escalation of relevant cases to internal teams. Strong focus on data collection, including downloading and consolidating performance data from multiple platforms, validating information, and maintaining structured databases to support performance tracking and business decision-making helped by agencies.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage and monitor social media platforms and Samsung Members community on a daily basis, ensuring correct publishing, platform configuration, and operational execution.\nMonitor comments, direct messages, mentions, reviews, and customer inquiries across digital channels.\nRespond to users according to established communication guidelines, SLAs, FAQs, and escalation protocols.\nIdentify and escalate customer service issues, complaints, sensitive cases, or potential reputational risks to the appropriate teams.\nDownload and consolidate data from social media and digital platforms for periodic reporting.\nMaintain organized databases, trackers, dashboards, and historical performance records.\nManage Google Business Profile listings, including the creation and upload of new store locations, updates to existing listings, business information, opening hours, addresses, contact details, and other relevant store data.\nMonitor and manage customer reviews and interactions across Google Business Profile locations.\nSupport platform audits, data quality checks, and account maintenance to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.\nTrack operational issues and follow up with internal teams or platform support when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree is needed\n3+ years of experience on similar positions\nSocial Media Management, Costumer response management, Google Business profile management, Digital platforms operations\nData Collection & Consolidation experience\nSprinklr usage is preferred\nAdvanced English\nSkills and Qualifications\nWhy is Samsung Electronics the place to be?\nJoin a Global Team: Work with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.\nTackle Big Challenges: Our history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
