As part of the Photo Equipment Engineering team, you will work together to support one another and our customers regardless of organizational boundaries as a technical leader within the Samsung Photo Scanner team organization. One's knowledge must be extensive and specific to Scanner Photolithography Scanner Equipment.\nRole and Responsibilities\nHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:\nAttending and contributing in daily tactical meetings with ASML and internal teams about photolithography scanner equipment.\n\nAttending and contributing in weekly meetings with ASML and internal teams including strategic cross-functional meetings regarding equipment metrics and contribute to department and sites improvement plans.\n\nCoordinate Samsung internal, external and multiple vendor resources to provide optimum manufacturing support on assigned equipment.\n\nDrive hard down and atypical tool recovery efforts with hands on engineering and complex maintenance activities.\n\nInvestigate, troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to equipment related defect, quality and yield problems.\n\nAnalyze and report tool performance data, including availability, mean time to repair, mean time between failures, particle and defect trends, maintenance success, and similar metrics for assigned equipment.\n\nPrioritize your work in alignment with the photo departments level priorities, and understand your part in achieving company goals and assist other team members and areas when possible to help meet production goals.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nHere's what you'll need:\n4 years of college in related field.\n\nRequires 9+ years of semiconductor Scanner equipment ownership.\n\nIn-depth experience on one or more of the following types of semiconductor equipment: ASML, Canon, Nikon.\n\nIn Depth understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.\n\nAble to make technical level decisions and arguments.\n\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $131,000 - $174,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\nTotal Rewards\nAt Samsung Austin Semiconductor, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
