If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in strategic planning and intelligence, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!\nRole and Responsibilities\nRoles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:\nStrategic management of SCM KPIs across customer accounts and product line up of Home Appliance department (AP1, AP2 and stocks)\nCoordination, alignment and negotiation of supply deliveries from different factories globally to ensures stock allocation to hit sales targets\nStrategic management and alignment on deliveries of CE department on a weekly basis to ensure fulfilment of all POs from customers of SEPCO CE\nStrategic analysis of sales KPIs to maintain healthy inventory level nationwide (Sell In, Sell Out, WOS, Run Rate, Display) and create mitigating plans to improve future KPIs \nCoordination, alignment and negotiation of deliveries from SEPCO warehouse to all customers nationwide\nSkills and Qualifications\nTo be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:\nBachelor’s degree in management, economics or statistics.\nTeam Leader/manages a team for at least 5 years and minimum 12 years total work experience\nMust be fluent in both English and Korean language\nStrong communication and influencing skills\nExpert in excel and comfortable with number- heavy reports\nStrong project management skills\nAdvance skills in AI\nMust be willing to workfully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig\nJoin us and lead the charge in optimizing supply chain and sales performance for the Consumer Electronics division!
