Visit our website www.samsung.com or our career page HERE!\nRole and Responsibilities\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Talent Rewards Supervisor to oversee payroll for SELA’s key countries (over 250 regular employees), lead Labor Cost Control, Incentives, and Workforce Management projects, and support Samsung’s Workday and GHRPS HRIS platforms while driving process automation.\nOpportunities to work with the Talent Rewards team, People Team Business Partners, HR CoE, Finance, and LATAM HR.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nOversee payroll for SELA’s key countries (Panama, Guatemala, and Miami), managing over 250 regular employees.\nSupport major area projects on labor cost control, incentives, and organizational structure.\nMaintain and support Samsung’s HRIS platforms: Workday and GHRPS.\nManage the MBO process with the Talent Rewards Head and key leaders, while developing key HR reports and monitoring HR KPIs.\nCoordinate with Finance and Business Partners on compensation process deliverables.\nProvide reporting support to Finance, LATAM, and Suwon, ensuring accuracy and data analysis.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree\nAnalytical thinking, initiative, ownership and strong communication skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel.\nAbility to adapt, meticulousness, discretion, and sense of urgency.\nFluent English\nSkills and Qualifications\nWhy is Samsung Electronics the place to be?\nJoin a Global Team: Work with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.\nTackle Big Challenges: Our history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
