Position Summary The primary function of this new engineer position is to develop, optimize and maintain recipes for various tools and processes involved in fully automated TEM analysis workflow, including but not limited to automated TEM sample preparation using focused ion beam, automated TEM imaging and automated measurement of critical dimensions.Additional functions of this engineer position include basic tool operation, alignment, calibration & maintenance, development of software or automated processes for better throughput, quality & TAT, acceptance and provision of peer trainings.
