Based at our San Jose HQ and reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of our headquarters - keeping our company vehicle fleet well-managed, our office environment running efficiently, and our vendor partnerships strong. This is a hands-on, highly visible position that directly contributes to the employee experience at our San Jose campus.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTransportation Fleet Management\nSupport day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling, utilization tracking, and recordkeeping.\nCoordinate with external service centers and repair shops to ensure vehicles are serviced in a timely and cost-effective manner.\nMaintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, insurance documentation, inspection logs, and mileage reports.\nAssist in monitoring fleet utilization and flagging issues or inefficiencies to management.\nEnsure all fleet activity is in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.\nSupport development and management of the operating and capital budget.\nProactively identify and recommend best practices processes\nBuild and maintain meaningful business relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.\nLocation: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose office headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy\nReports to: Senior Professional, General Affairs Operation \nOffice & Workplace Operations\nSupport daily HQ office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional work environment for all employees and visitors.\nServe as a point of contact for employee workplace requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.\nHelp execute initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction, including amenity management and event support.\nSupport the invoice payment process, purchase order creation, and expense tracking in partnership with Finance.\nParticipate in periodic meetings with service providers to review operational updates and quality of service.\nWork collaboratively with procurement and legal departments on vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and service agreements.\nProactively flag service issues and recommend process improvements to drive quality, cost efficiency, and timeliness.\nEnsure compliance with company workplace standards, policies, and safety requirements\nUnderstand the local team’s business strategies and priorities to translate them to Workplace requirements that directly support the business, intending to deliver necessary space and services proactively\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, hospitality, facilities management, communications, or a related field.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, fleet coordination, office management, or a related role; internship experience welcomed.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail and a proactive mindset; you notice what needs to be done and take initiative to get it done.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across teams and with external vendors.\nAbility to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn internal systems quickly.\nYou’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and the diverse global norms of our people.\nAn avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.\nYou’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support, and openly welcoming new approaches.\nInnovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change\n#LI-KS1 \nWhat We Offer\n The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions.
