Based on our extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, we provide various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M.\nWe are looking for candidates who embody creativity, commitment, and collaboration-professionals who thrive in an innovative environment, are dedicated to excellence, and excel in teamwork.\nJoin us and be part of a dynamic team where ideas are valued, and collective success drives our future.\n JOB SUMMARY:\nAssisting Field Control Manager on Subcontract administration with management, administration and review of Subcontract Agreements or its amendments\nRoles & Responsibilities\nHandle contract changes by negotiating with subcontract person- Handle comprehensive cost, delay, variation claims- Participate in review and negotiation of subcontractor claims under supervision and guidance by Contract Administrator\nReview progress invoices from subcontractor.\nMaintain files of subcontract document\nOrganize history of all claim, change order and back charge under subcontracts.\nVerify subcontractor requests for release of hold back and final payments.\nReport any potential claim related with delay or disruption through correspondence such as daily report or incoming letters, etc.\nRespond to claims issued by subcontractors through official letters.\nPrepare claim details and issue notification of claim to subcontractors or owner.\nAttend weekly construction meeting with subcontractors to get update on site issues and advise construction team to avoid exposure to liabilities.\nReview proposals submitted by subcontractors for new or additional work.\nPrepare subcontract approval paperwork (subcontract RRC, GRRC and Tender Board paperwork) where required in support of ITT’s and awards.\nEnsure that where appropriate the sub-contract terms drafted ensure full back to back coverage with client contracts.\nPrepare and issue to the selected contractors approved contracts and deal with subsequent contract amendments and Call offs and purchase orders.\nMaintain and log all subcontract change authorizations and amendments where appropriate liaise with legal, tax, insurance and compliance to obtain their input into subcontracts.\nSuch other works of incidental and related as Subcontract Engineer.\n EDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in a related major.\nEXPERIENCE:\nMinimum 5 to 10 years’ experience\nExperience In cost control, project based field control experience ideally gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry\nExperience in drafting / working with contracts for all tiers of suppliers in differing commercial and contractual arrangements\nExperience working within an active and lively operational team\nOil and gas experience in tendering, awarding, managing and negotiating subcontracts\nKNOWLEDGE:\nCompetent with document control\nWorking to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.\nTECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:\nSubcontract\nMethod Statement\nReview of Construction Schedule\n Our benefits include\nAccommodation\nTransportation\nFlight Tickets\nMedical Insurance\nDisclaimer: Samsung E&A does not require job seekers to pay any fees, charges, or security deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
