Based on our extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, we provide various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M.\nWe are looking for candidates who embody creativity, commitment, and collaboration - professionals who thrive in an innovative environment, are dedicated to excellence, and excel in teamwork.\nJoin us and be part of a dynamic team where ideas are valued, and collective success drives our future.\n Job Summary\nA dedicated Workfront Engineer with hands-on construction skills and experience as a supervisor or engineer, with expertise in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).\nResponsible for developing and managing CWP plans, identifying and resolving engineering, procurement, and construction constraints, managing target schedules for CWPs, using 3D modeling and simulator, and using FMCS to identify and manage Site Hold Points for IWP.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage CWP plans: Develop CWP plans based on CWA PoC priorities, considering factors such as resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.\nIdentify and resolve engineering, procurement, and construction constraints: Use constraint identification processes and tools to identify constraints and resolve them using resolution processes and tools.\nManage target schedules for CWPs: Use target schedule management processes and tools to manage target schedules for CWPs.\nUse 3D modeling and simulator: Use 3D modeling (UPV) and simulation tools (UG navigator) and processes to monitor CWP and CWA status.\nUse FMCS to identify and manage Site Hold Points of IWP: Use FMCS-based Hold Point identification and management processes and tools to identify and manage Site Hold Points of IWP.\n Ensure actual workfronts are secured and managed: Use actual workfront securing and management processes and tools to Ensure actual workfronts are secured and managed.\n Education\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.
