Together, we’re building a better tomorrow for our employees, customers, partners, and communities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Account Manager for Memory products, you will support end-to-end sales activities for an assigned account, using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to help customers apply our products and services to their needs and drive revenue growth.\nManage day-to-day sales activity for the assigned account, including forecasting, PO placement, supply availability, credit management, and timely resolution of issues.\nCompile and organize data to support revenue attainment across goal-setting, business planning, execution, and risk management.\nIdentify and evaluate business opportunities, and support negotiations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.\nCategory revenue responsibility: AI related memory sales with multi- billion $ revenue targets\nBuild customer relationships across the customer organization and internal stakeholders.\nPrepare, negotiate, and close agreements on product target quantities and prices (multi-level, multi department, multi-cultural).\nExecute agreements on a monthly or quarterly basis to meet revenue targets.\nManage PO placement, invoicing, payments, and credit.\nManage and optimize supply chain activities aligned with customer requirements (hub operations, material returns, and data-management).\nResponsible for category strategy & forecasting and execution planning\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders for category product portfolio qualifications & quality control\nManage, analyze and align sales forecasts with production targets\nReport account activities and results to management and internal stakeholders. \nTravel to customer site, Samsung US, Korea/China as applicable (and when possible).\nLocal: Visit customers, 2-4x per week\nDomestic: San Jose, 1-2x per quarter\nInternational: Asia, 1-2x per year\nLocation: Daily onsite presence at our Bellevue, WA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy\nReports to: Director, Sales \nMaster’s Degree in Engineering or Business or other relevant discipline of equivalent experience\n5 - 8 years working experience preferably in a customer facing role\nProven negotiation skills\nGood understanding of the cloud (infrastructure, business model, growth areas)\nIT savvy (Understanding of IT technologies, infrastructure)\nCommunicate with internal/ external stakeholders across organizational levels\nSensitivity to and understanding of differences in multi-cultural business environments\nSelf-driven, entrepreneurial spirited people’s person\nMicrosoft Office suite\nWhat You Bring\nAdditional MS/MBA degrees a plus\nUnderstanding of the semiconductor industry\nInternational experience, bilingual a plus\nWhat We Offer\n The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions.
