understand, and interpret blueprints and job routings.\nRecord required information on proper forms relating to machining practices where required. \nProperly operate and interpret various measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, gauges etc.\nCorrectly monitor and identify when equipment needs to be sent out for calibration.\nPerform inspections using Quality Assurance procedures and work instructions.\nWork with department supervisor and maintenance to make sure machines are running smoothly. \nPerforms housekeeping and other related duties.\nEQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:\nOperate cranes, hoists, tables, forklifts, and other devices in a safe manner and complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.\nOperate general hand tools.\nOperate shop floor equipment.\nOperate company computer systems.\nOperator lathe machine.\nROLE REQUIREMENTS:\nPossess good communication and reasoning skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions whether written or oral. \nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.\nUnderstand and support Company policies and procedures. \nAbility to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.\nActive position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting of heavy items on a regular basis.\nOther duties as
