performs all safety checks at the start of shift on all cranes and tools, documents as necessary and continues to perform safety checks throughout the shift.\nRead production work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required. \nExamine material received, verify part numbers, and check for discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.\nSet up and process material on the Circle Shear, Punch Press, Square Shear, and Fiber Laser as required.\nSkid raw material steel per job in preparation for the metal spinning operations.\nPerform inspections using Quality Assurance procedures and work instructions.\nAssignments can change frequently from general cleaning, sorting parts, and general housekeeping.\nEQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:\nProper operation of hoists and cranes in a safe manner and complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.\nOperate company computer systems.\nOperate general hand tools.\nOperate shop floor equipment.\nROLE REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.\nAbility to understand and support company policies and procedures. \nAbility to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.\nAbility to read blueprints.\nPossess good communication and reasoning skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
