Distinguish customer committed work from stock work and sequence jobs according to business priorities and due dates.\nCoordinate daily with the Production Manager and shop team to understand machine availability, staffing, shift coverage, processing constraints, and expected throughput.\nPlan workable job sequences based on material type, gauge, dimensions, machine capabilities, changeovers, and other production considerations.\nReassess the schedule as new orders, urgent needs, capacity changes, or delays arise. Communicate changes and expected completion timing to Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Inventory Planning, and Production.\nTrack scheduled work through completion, identify potential bottlenecks or missed commitments, and escalate conflicts or capacity concerns to the General Manager and Production Manager.\nMaintain accurate scheduling records and support improvements to order flow and equipment utilization.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nExperience in production scheduling, order coordination, manufacturing administration, or a related role preferred.
