You'll work with industry-leading technology while building a rewarding long-term career with a company that invests in its people.\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and supplemental benefits\nBenefits start first day of the month after your hire date\nTechnical training and career growth opportunities\nCompany Uniforms provided\nAll PPE provided \nAll necessary tools provided\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate a 12,000-pound sit-down electric forklift and reach truck.\nLoad and unload LTL, full truckload, and flatbed shipments.\nReceive, inspect, count, and put away inbound materials.\nPick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.\nPerform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.\nInspect inbound materials for damage and document discrepancies on shipping paperwork.\nBuild, wrap, and break down pallets as needed.\nProperly block and brace loads for safe transportation.\nConduct daily equipment inspections and maintain forklift batteries.\nUse warehouse tools and equipment safely, including circular saws and pneumatic air guns.\nFollow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.\nMaintain shipping schedules and meet requested ship dates.\nQualifications\nPrevious warehouse experience required.\nExperience operating both sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.\nAbility to lift up to 60 pounds.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic.\nForklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.\nWork Environment\nWarehouse and industrial setting.\nRegular exposure to hot and cold temperatures.\nFrequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing on and off equipment.\nAbility to place and retrieve materials from racking up to 25 feet high.\nThe hourly base salary range for this position is $21.38/hr up to $25.00/hr. If you are hired, your hourly base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
