Coordination\nAssist with vendor communication and coordination activities.\nSupport preparation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and bid evaluations.\nWork collaboratively with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.\nProvide project updates and technical information to team members as needed.\nSafety, Quality, and Compliance\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nParticipate in safety observations, training sessions, and risk assessments.\nSupport quality and compliance initiatives related to engineering projects.\nMaintain safe work practices in office and manufacturing environments.\nProfessional Development\nGain exposure to project management methodologies and engineering best practices.\nLearn manufacturing processes, equipment systems, and facility operations.\nParticipate in training and development opportunities.\nBuild technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills through project assignments.\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMust be enrolled in an accredited college or university program.\nQualifications\nBasic understanding of engineering principles and practices.\nStrong interest in project management, manufacturing, and process improvement.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nEagerness to learn and take initiative.\nPreferred\nPrevious internship, co-op, or engineering project experience.\nExposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as MS Project.\nExperience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or laboratory environment.\nCoursework related to manufacturing processes, project management, or continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts\nThe pay for this position is $24.00 - $27.00. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
