You'll work with industry-leading technology while building a rewarding long-term career with a company that invests in its people.\nService Incentive Plan up to 7% of earnings\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and supplemental benefits\nBenefits start first day of the month after your hire date\nTechnical training and career growth opportunities\nCompany Vehicle provided (van or truck)\nCompany Uniforms provided\nAll PPE provided \nAll necessary tools provided\nJob Responsibilities\nInstall, service, troubleshoot, repair, and commission SPSG equipment at customer locations.\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation system issues.\nProvide customer training and technical support related to SPSG equipment.\nSupport equipment demonstrations, product trials, and new installations.\nCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to support customer projects.\nMaintain accurate service reports, documentation, and expense records.\nTravel as required to customer and SPSG locations throughout North America and internationally.\nMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.\nFollow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.\nSkills / Experience / Education Requirements\nAssociate degree in a related technical or engineering field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.\nSuccessful completion of Level II advancement requirements or equivalent approved experience.\nMinimum 5 years of Field Service Technician experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience servicing SPSG equipment or similar automated machinery.\nStrong knowledge of PLCs, automation controls, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and technical drawings.\nStrong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development.\nWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements\nOvernight travel up to 75%, with additional travel as business needs require.\nAvailability for short-notice travel, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nWork in manufacturing, warehouse, and customer production environments.\nAbility to work safely around automated equipment and in varying hot, cold, or noisy conditions.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.\nThe hourly base salary range for this position is $38-$48/hour. If you are hired, your hourly base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
