The role will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology services while protecting both enterprise IT and manufacturing OT environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and operations.\n\n- Manage network and communication infrastructure, including connectivity, availability, and performance.\n\n- Develop and oversee cybersecurity policies, controls, monitoring, and incident response.\n\n- Manage Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, and related security controls.\n\n- Oversee data centre operations, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery.\n\n- Strengthen security across manufacturing IT and OT environments, including plant systems and operational technology.\n\n- Ensure IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.\n\n- Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and service-level agreements.\n\n- Lead IT infrastructure and security projects from planning through delivery.\n\n- Build, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure and operations team.\n\n- Establish service standards and drive continuous improvement in reliability, security, and user support.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n- 15 -
