The role requires regular travel between our Leicester (LE3) and Melton Mowbray (LE13) sites, with your time balanced across the week to ensure effective support, planning and collaboration across both manufacturing locations.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of maintenance planning, CMMS management, engineering compliance and performance improvement initiatives that help maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.\nAs Category Engineering Planner, you will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination and continuous improvement of engineering maintenance activities across both sites. You'll ensure the integrity and optimisation of the CMMS system, support preventative maintenance planning, analyse engineering performance data and play a key role in audit readiness and compliance activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and develop the CMMS system across both sites, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nPlan and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring parts, resources and service requirements are in place ahead of scheduled downtime.\nReview and optimise maintenance schedules and activities to improve equipment effectiveness and eliminate non-value-added work.\nAnalyse engineering downtime and performance trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.\nProduce daily, weekly and monthly engineering KPI reports, providing clear and actionable insights.\n\nAbout You\nWe believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
