Ideally, you will have previous experience working within logistics sites, warehousing, or distribution centres and understand the demands of a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to Health & Safety, which are the key priorities for success. You will be responsible for ensuring the site remains fully compliant, well-maintained, and operationally effective while driving high standards across all facilities and infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead all facilities and site services activities, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.\n\nManage refrigeration, HVAC, electrical infrastructure, water systems, fire protection systems, drainage, utilities, and building fabric.\nOversee planned preventative maintenance programmes, contractor performance, permit-to-work systems, and compliance audits.\nDevelop and deliver capital expenditure projects, asset lifecycle plans, and site improvement initiatives.\nDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring risks are identified, managed, and continually reduced across the operation.\nWe believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
