You carry out checks, testing and audits, and you support the operations team by giving clear guidance on quality standards. You also help with investigations, trials and improvements, making sure issues are found early and solved quickly.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCarry out GMP, quality and process audits to check the factory meets food safety and customer standards.\nRaise non conformances with clear evidence and follow up to make sure actions are completed.\nComplete product checks, organoleptic assessments, micro testing and shelf-life work.\nSupport investigations such as traceability checks, out-of-spec issues and customer complaints.\nGive operational teams technical advice and help them understand quality standards.\nHelp with NPD trials and product launches by managing testing and assessing product quality.\nKeep audit records, testing data and quality paperwork accurate and up to date.\nSupport the QA Manager, QA Team Leader and Technical Manager when issues arise or decisions are needed.\nAbout You\nWe believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
