You'll lead by example, champion continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.\nShift:- 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights 6.30am - 6.30pm/6.30pm - 6.30am\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead, coach and develop operational teams to create a high-performance culture.\nDrive operational excellence across safety, quality, service, cost and people performance. \nEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety and Quality standards.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Technical, Finance, HR and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.\nUse operational and financial data to identify trends, improve efficiency and increase profitability.\nLead Continuous Improvement initiatives and deliver measurable business benefits.\nManage labour planning, succession planning, recruitment, retention and colleague development.\nSupport audits and ensure the site remains inspection-ready at all times.\nAbout You\nWe believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
