You help compliance, quality, and product integrity by maintaining key technical information, monitoring customer systems and helping teams access the data they need. You work closely with QA, Raw Materials, Specifications, Production and Process teams to enable the delivery of safe, legal and high-quality products.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nUpdate and maintain Technical systems so products remain safe, legal and high-quality.\nHandle customer complaints: log them, assign them for investigation and support timely responses.\nMaintain internal audit schedules, traceability test plans and ensure non-conformances are logged and tracked.\nComplete internal audits on time and support follow-up actions. \nMonitor customer retail systems, check alerts and testing results and share issues with the right teams.\nCollate daily, weekly and monthly KPI data, including trends and summary reports.\nProduce presentation packs, graphs and summary reports when needed.\nSupport Technical functions across the site by keeping documents, trackers and records accurate.\nWork with teams such as Process, QA, Hygiene, NPD, Commercial, Engineering, Purchasing and Planning.\nAbout You\nWe believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
