We build what's next.\nInstagram | TikTok | Culture page\nRole Mission\nThe Accounts Payable Analyst, based in Madrid, Spain, will support the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. The role will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting an efficient accounts payable process.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities\nProcess and record supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\n\nVerify invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.\n\nSupport the preparation and processing of supplier payments.\n\nPerform account and supplier statement reconciliations.\n\nInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.\n\nMaintain accurate vendor master data and accounts payable records.\n\nSupport month-end closing activities and accounts payable reporting.\n\nRespond to supplier and internal stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.\n\nAssist with internal and external audit requirements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiency.\n\nSkills & experience\n1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, finance administration, or a similar role; junior profiles with relevant internships may also be considered.\n\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\n\nExperience with an ERP or accounting system is an advantage.\n\nStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.\n\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage deadlines and handle a high volume of invoices.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nFluency in Spanish; working knowledge of English are both a must.\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a professional environment.\n\nBenefits\nWork your way - Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.\n\nTime that matters - Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.\n\nGrow with us - Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.\n\nBe part of the journey - Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture, backed by a transparent, performance-driven compensation framework that rewards impact and supports your growth.\n\nHealth insurance 20% discount (Cigna)\n\nWellhub membership (registration fee and Online Plan).
