Role Mission
We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of visual content, combining graphic design, motion graphics and digital assets to keep brands engaging and impactful.
Requirements
Key responsibilities
Create visual content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Adapt content to different formats, trends and platform-specific requirements.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and brand teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
Support the management of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain attention to detail, organization and quality across deliverables.
Skills & experience
Initial experience or foundational knowledge in photography, graphic design and motion design (agency experience is a plus).
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
Understanding of social media-first content creation for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing and dynamic editing techniques.
Knowledge of brand identity, typography and layouts.
Fluent in English.
