We build what's next.\nInstagram | TikTok | Culture page\nRole Mission\nAs Project Manager, reporting to the Head Of Social Media CCASA. Lead the implementation and follow-up of creative and content projects for clients in Brazil, connecting clients with strategy, creative, social media, design, production, and other relevant disciplines. Ensure that every deliverable progresses with a clear brief, a viable workflow, and rigorous validation; that content is relevant to the brand, audience, and local culture; and that the agreed process is successfully carried through to publication, activation, or final delivery.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities\nActing as the day-to-day operational and creative point of contact, leading meetings, aligning expectations, presenting timelines, consolidating feedback, and communicating progress, risks, and next steps.\n\nTranslating briefs, objectives, scope, and audience journeys into actionable plans; managing deliverables, timelines, approvals, and execution through final delivery and project closure.\n\nCoordinating content, campaigns, always-on, organic social media, paid creative, adaptations, production, and cross-functional teams throughout the project journey.\n\nReviewing content for strategic alignment, brand tone, Portuguese language quality, cultural relevance in Brazil, audience fit, platform requirements, and overall quality before client approval.\n\nMaintaining project plans, editorial calendars, task boards, backlogs, deadlines, ownership, dependencies, approvals, and documentation using agreed project management tools.\n\nConsolidating feedback, tracking decisions and approvals, managing scope changes, anticipating blockers and delays, proposing solutions, and escalating critical issues when needed.\n\nCoordinating final assets, adaptations, metadata, scheduling, and publishing requirements, ensuring delivered or published content matches the approved version.\n\nAligning deliverables with project objectives and KPIs, incorporating performance insights and reporting, and applying learnings to improve future content and workflows.\n\nSkills & experience\nProven experience in project management, content operations, advertising, digital marketing, or social media, ideally within an agency environment and managing multiple projects or brands simultaneously.\n\nLanguages: Advanced or native Portuguese (spoken and written); advanced Spanish; intermediate or higher English is desirable.\n\nAbility to understand briefs, brand and business objectives, audience journeys, channel and format dynamics, and digital production and implementation processes.\n\nEditorial judgment, cultural sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to curate, evaluate, and provide actionable feedback on social-first content.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills, timeline negotiation, priority management, sound judgment in escalating issues, and proficiency with collaborative and project management tools.\n\nBenefits\nWork your way - Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.\n\nTime that matters - Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.\n\nGrow with us - Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.\n\nBe part of the journey - Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture, backed by a transparent, performance-driven compensation framework that rewards impact and supports your growth.\n\nThe SAMY Mindset\nForget the job description for a second.
