We build what's next.\nInstagram | TikTok | Culture page\nRole Mission\nWe are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer to produce high-quality, social-first video content for major beauty and consumer brands, including L’Oréal. The role will focus primarily on editing pre-recorded footage, creating motion graphics and animations, and adapting video assets for different social media formats. This is a high-volume, hands-on position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver several videos per day while maintaining consistent quality and brand identity.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities\nVideo Editing & Post-Production: Edit and assemble pre-recorded footage into engaging, polished video content for social media campaigns, primarily for TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.\n\nMotion Graphics & Animation: Create motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects to enhance storytelling and bring social-first content to life.\n\nColour Correction & Visual Quality: Apply colour correction and other post-production techniques to ensure a consistent, professional finish across all video assets.\n\nVideo Recording & Studio Support: Occasionally record social media content, including product videos and simple studio productions, using basic camera equipment and lighting setups.\n\nBrand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, visual identity and campaign requirements.\n\nHigh-Volume Content Production: Manage a high volume of deliverables, typically around three videos per day, balancing speed, efficiency and attention to detail.\n\nCreative Collaboration: Work closely with social media teams, designers and other creative stakeholders to transform existing footage and creative concepts into effective video content.\n\nSkills & experience\nAt least 2 years of experience in video editing and/or motion graphics, preferably in an agency or high-volume production environment.\n\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.\n\nExperience editing social-first video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.\n\nBasic knowledge of colour correction, camera equipment and studio lighting.\n\nPortfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work is essential.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience working with beauty, skincare or other consumer brands.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools for video editing and content creation.\n\nBenefits\nWork your way - Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.\n\nTime that matters - Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.\n\nGrow with us - Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.\n\nBe part of the journey - Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture, backed by a transparent, performance-driven compensation framework that rewards impact and supports your growth.\n\nThe SAMY Mindset\nForget the job description for a second.
