Tech is looking for a dynamic General Accountant to manage treasury and banking operations, handle cheque collections, follow up on tax obligations and declarations, and assist in preparing financial reports and statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage daily treasury activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, and bank deposits.\n\nPerform and prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reflection of all bank transactions.\n\nHandle cheque issuance, collection, and follow-up with banks and clients.\n\nMonitor daily cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.\n\nRecord all treasury and banking transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.\n\nFollow up on withholding tax, VAT, payroll tax, and other statutory taxes to ensure timely payments and compliance with relevant regulations.\n\nPrepare and assist in submitting monthly and quarterly tax declarations, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for all tax-related documents and correspondence.\n\nSupport the finance department in preparing financial reports, trial balances, and financial statements.\n\nAssist in monthly and year-end closing processes.\n\nEnsure all treasury, banking, and tax activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.\n\nCommunicate with auditors and tax authorities when required.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in treasury, banking, and tax accounting.\n\nStrong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and regulations.\n\nExperience in preparing and filing tax returns (VAT, WHT, salary tax, etc.).\n\nProficiency in accounting software (ERP systems such as Zoho and QuickBooks).\n\nExcellent command of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.\n\nSolid analytical and numerical skills.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\n\nIntegrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.\n\nExcellent communication and
