This allows our customers to offer competitive benefits packages while paying an average of 20% less than traditional plans.\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded contractor to support our Network Operations team for a 3-month engagement. You will keep our provider data accurate, act as a first point of contact for provider questions, and help with entry-level contracting work. This role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable with high-volume, process-driven work and wants hands-on exposure to how a health plan's provider network runs.\nWe are building a distributed team and encourage all applicants to apply, regardless of location.\nWhat you will do:\nMaintain provider roster and demographic data. Enter and update provider rosters, adds, terms, and demographic changes (addresses, TINs, NPIs, specialties) in our internal systems and partner databases, and QA your work for accuracy\n\nProcess new requests from providers who want to join the Sana Network, collect required documentation (W-9s, provider rosters, credentialing information), prepare agreements from standard contract templates, and transfer the correct information to our internal and external databases\n\nFlag recurring issues and suggest ways to improve our provider contracting workflows and technology\n\nHelp audit and maintain provider-facing materials, internal resources, and contract templates\n\nTrack contract status and documentation so agreements are complete, signed, and easy to find\n\nAbout you:\n1-2+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, customer service, or provider relations role\n\nHealthcare experience preferred (provider office, credentialing, provider enrollment, managed care, insurance, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with provider data (NPI, TIN, taxonomy) and basic payer contract terms is a plus\n\nExcellent communicator.\n\nValues-oriented. You care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners.\n\nExpert multi-tasker. You are able to handle periods of high-volume in a fast-paced work environment\n\nFlexible. You have a desire and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.\n\nAccurate with data. You catch errors, double-check your work, and are comfortable with repetitive, high-volume entry.\n\nFast learner. Self-directed. You can get up to speed quickly and work through a queue with minimal oversight once trained.\n\nGritty. You aren’t worried about getting your hands dirty and working hard when you need to.\n\nComfortable with change. We are a startup and need people who are ok doing things outside of their traditional job description.\n\nComfortable with modern web applications.
