When commerce runs natively on the data the business already runs on, manual work disappears, trust returns, and manufacturers move beyond efficiency into true growth.\nAt Sana Commerce, we're looking for a BDR Manager to lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) based in Dubai, helping to drive measurable pipeline growth, execute strategic account plans, and turn top accounts into opportunities. As the starting point of our sales pipeline, this team creates the qualified opportunities our Account Executives turn into long-term customers, and shapes how we prospect into new regions.\nWhat you'll get\nThe opportunity to make a global impact at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. \nWorking closely with global leaders on strategic initiatives. \nUp to 8 weeks “work from anywhere” per year. \nA hybrid working model - 3 days from the office, 2 days from home. \n What you'll be doing\nLeading, coaching and motivating a team of BDRs through weekly 1:1s, call reviews and role-plays, while staying hands-on by prospecting into strategic accounts yourself.\nOwning the team's targets for qualified meetings and pipeline, forecasting them accurately, and reporting activity, conversion and pipeline results and insights from the CRM to sales leadership.\nHiring and onboarding new BDRs as the team grows, and building a clear career path for them towards Account Executive roles.\nDeveloping the team's go-to-market approach: splitting the target account pool into territories so every account is worked, and designing and improving outreach sequences, call scripts and messaging together with Marketing.\nPartnering with Account Executives to agree qualification criteria and hand-over standards, and keeping the hand-off tight.\n What you'll bring:\n3-5 years in B2B sales development or business development, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of beating targets.\nAt least 1 year leading, coaching or mentoring BDMs or SDRs, formally or as a senior team member, with strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate a team across time zones.\nExperience selling into either the BENEFR, UK, US or DACH market.\nA data-driven approach: you use funnel metrics to find what's working and fix what isn't, and you're comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\nNear-native or fluent professional English, spoken and written.\nNice to have: knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or B2B e-commerce; experience with account-based marketing and multi-threading into large accounts; familiarity with manufacturing, distribution or wholesale; and additional languages, such as Dutch or German.\n Who we are\nAt Sana Commerce, our values drive everything we do:\nChampions of Our League - We deliver lasting success, balancing quick wins and long-term value\nSupercharge Our Customers - We’re revolutionizing B2B commerce together, helping our customers to lead and succeed\nDetermined to Grow - We embrace challenges, growing and raising the bar for ourselves and our industry\nBold Together - We dare to be bold because we have each other’s back\nJob descriptions can be tough to interpret.
