We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product execution across multiple ventures, operating at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to bring ideas from zero to one through rapid experimentation, iterative MVPs, and user-centric thinking.\nTHE ROLE What you'll own here.\nCollaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses.\n\nLead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.\n\nTranslate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value.\n\nOwn the end-to-end product development process - from PRDs and wireframes through to launch.\n\nWrite clear product requirements and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to execute quickly and iteratively.\n\nWork with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility.\n\nUse product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.\n\nEvaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.\n\nCreate reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures.\n\nMentor junior product team members on best practices, agile methodologies, and lean experimentation.\n\nMaintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with studio goals.\n\nWhat you’ll work with: Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Jira/Linear, Notion, Miro.\nTHE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…\nYou have 5-8 years of product management experience in early-stage startups, venture studios, or high-growth environments.\n\nYou have built and launched MVPs from scratch, not just managed roadmaps for existing products.\n\nYou are technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineers on system architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs.\n\nYou can create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments without needing detailed direction.\n\nYou have strong user empathy, product intuition, and disciplined prioritization skills.\n\nYou can manage multiple ventures at different stages without losing focus or execution quality.\n\nYou are fluent in both Arabic and English.\n\nBonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, AI, or consumer technology products.\nTHE ENVIRONMENT: What working here actually looks like.\nMulti-Venture Scope: You will work across multiple ventures simultaneously, each at a different stage; no two weeks or challenges are the same.\n\nShape Product Culture: This is not just an execution role.
