You will own what we build, how developers experience it, and how we drive adoption.\nYou will work closely with fellow engineers. You should be comfortable designing APIs, writing code, building prototypes, talking to developers, and making product decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the strategy and roadmap for Sanas's APIs, SDKs, and Developer Platform.\nDesign simple, intuitive developer experiences for complex real-time speech AI technology.\nWork directly with engineers to architect and ship platform capabilities.\nBuild prototypes, reference applications, integrations, and developer tooling yourself.\nOwn developer documentation, examples, quickstarts, API references, and onboarding.\nTalk directly to developers and customers and turn feedback into product priorities.\nDrive integrations across the voice and AI ecosystem, including platforms such as LiveKit and Pipecat.\nDevelop strategies to grow developer adoption and turn the platform into a meaningful business.\nEstablish metrics for developer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong engineering background with the ability to code and build, not just manage.\nExperience building APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.\nStrong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous problems into products.\nDeep empathy for developers and a high bar for developer experience.\nComfortable with technologies such as Python/Rust/C++, Docker/Kubernetes, NVIDIA GPUs, APIs, WebSockets, WebRTC/RTP, and cloud/on-prem/on-device infrastructure.\nStartup mentality: high agency, highly autonomous, hands-on, and willing to do whatever is needed to ship.\nExperience with voice, audio, telephony, or real-time systems is a strong plus.\nRequirements\nMust-Haves\nStrong engineering background with a track record of building and shipping developer-facing products.\nExperience with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.\nHands-on experience with on-premise or private-cloud deployments and enterprise infrastructure.\nStrong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into simple developer experiences.\nExcellent developer empathy and a high bar for APIs, documentation, tooling, and usability.\nComfortable working directly with customers and engineers to diagnose problems and drive solutions.\nWilling and able to write code, prototype, and get hands-on when needed.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with real-time audio, voice,
