What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and ship features from concept to production using .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Technical Design: Participate in architecture decisions and requirement analysis to turn business goals into scalable technical solutions.
• API Development: Build and maintain robust APIs that power integrations across our platform and with customer systems.
• Code Excellence: Write high-performance, reusable, and maintainable code following OOP, SOLID, and SOA principles.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability under real-world financial-grade workloads.
• Quality Ownership: Own the quality of what you ship - unit tests, automated UI tests, and code reviews are part of the job, not an afterthought.
• Front-End Collaboration: Work with HTML, CSS, and front-end tools to adapt templates and enhance user experience where needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years building enterprise applications with .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• API & Back-End Depth: Strong hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Web APIs, with solid command of JavaScript, jQuery, and modern client-side tools.
• Engineering Fundamentals: Deep understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, NLayer Architecture, and Git-based workflows.
• Quality Mindset: Comfortable writing and running tests, with knowledge of - or genuine interest in - automated UI testing.
• Front-End Fluency: Skilled in HTML, CSS, and adapting front-end frameworks when the job calls for it.
• Bonus Points: Background in financial or payment systems; experience with caching, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Mindset: Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive - someone who brings ideas to the table, not just code.
