Head of Finance
Sanctu, The Amazon Regeneration Platform, is on a mission to bring the Amazon back while creating prosperity for its people. We empower small farmers to regenerate their lands and increase their income ten-fold through our platform, offering project design, financing, technical assistance, and market access. Together, we’re building the world’s largest regenerative farm-without owning any land-fighting deforestation and amplifying global carbon capture.
We're well-capitalised and assembling an exceptional team to tackle one of the world's toughest challenges, and we’re looking for a world-class Head of Finance to establish a capital-efficient organisation and lead the charge in fundraising through both debt and equity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead debt raising for our fintech structure (DCM)
- Drive equity fundraising, from Series-A to IPO (ECM)
- Oversee financial and strategic planning
- Manage day-to-day operations: accounting, payments, legal
- Help shape our fintech product offering
- Build a cost-conscious and efficient organisation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, top consulting firms, or a relevant fintech
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Expertise in financial modelling and presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
