We’ll support you with the tools, training, and encouragement to reach your full potential, while celebrating your individuality and the difference you make every day.\nAs a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest in our people and our services, celebrating individuality and helping you thrive both personally and professionally.\nYour role\nCarry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments\nComplete general caretaking tasks including basic repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance\nKeep tools and equipment stocked and ready for use\nRecord daily work accurately and update customers when needed\nSpot maintenance issues early and report them to keep the environment safe\nYour skills\nExperience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role\nAbility to identify and carry out minor repairs\nUnderstanding of basic health and safety in the workplace\nPractical experience using hand tools and light machinery\nStrong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\nYour rewards\nYou deserve more than the basics.
