Our first 135-acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:\nNon-toxic materials\nClean water and filtration systems\nEMF-conscious design\n135 acres of preserved land and eco - sensitive planning\nWe are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live - it’s how they live.\nOur vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.\nAbout the role\nWe are hiring a Construction Project Manager who builds with AI. You understand how construction projects run - schedules, budgets, contractors, and site realities - and you use AI and automation tools to run them faster and smarter. Internally, we call this role a \"Construction VibeKid\": someone who can vibe code the tools a project needs instead of waiting for someone else to build them.\nYou don't need to be a traditional site engineer, and you don't need to be a software developer. You need to sit in the middle: someone who knows construction project management well enough to spot what's slowing a project down, and is hands-on enough with AI tools to build the fix - a scheduling tracker, an automated report, a contractor dashboard, or a workflow that saves the team hours every week.\nThis is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed toolset. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and quick to experiment - who can take a messy process, figure out what's missing, and ship a working solution.\nWhat you'll do\nConstruction project management\nPlan and track construction schedules, milestones, and budgets across our projects\n\nCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to keep work on time and on budget\n\nTrack progress, flag risks and delays early, and drive issues to resolution\n\nWork closely with our architecture, procurement, and construction teams in India and the U.S.\n\nAI and automation\nUse AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and contractor coordination\n\nBuild internal tools, dashboards, and workflows using AI-assisted (\"vibe\") coding and no-code platforms\n\nAutomate repetitive tasks such as progress reports, cost tracking, RFIs, and status updates\n\nStay on top of new AI tools for construction and test what could work for us\n\nReporting and communication\nProduce clear, regular project reports for leadership - ideally automated\n\nKeep schedules, budgets, and project data accurate and in one place\n\nExplain technical tools and project status simply to both construction and non-technical teammates\n\nWhat you bring\n3-7 years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or planning\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred\n\nSolid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination\n\nHands-on experience building tools or automations with AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit) or no-code platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, Airtable)\n\nExamples of tools, dashboards, or automations you've built - please share them when you apply\n\nStrong Google Sheets skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Procore, MS Project, Primavera) is a plus\n\nExperience on U.S. residential construction projects is a must\n\nComfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving, remote, cross-cultural environment\n\nHiring process\nStage 1: Intro interview Role alignment, experience overview, a walkthrough of tools you've built, and culture fit\n\nStage 2: Test task A short practical assignment: use AI tools to solve a real construction project problem\n\nStage 3: Final interview Deep dive into workflows, expectations, and growth","description_format":"text","description_chars":4142,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"},{"name":"Mumbai","iso":null,"kind":"city"},{"name":"Delhi","iso":null,"kind":"city"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-27T19:12:25Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":5,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["conf:3","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":36180,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/sanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/sanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T20:47:07Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":29086,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4416344},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4416344"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fsanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fsanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fsanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/sanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fsanctuary-construction-project-manager-ai-automation"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3353048}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"sanctuary.co","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3353048},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people);
