Plus, we’ll support you in reaching your aspirations and career goals, through comprehensive training and benefits.\nThe role of Caretaker will include:\nCarrying out weekly Health and Safety checks and risk assessments, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines\nFulfilling general caretaking duties, including basic repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties\nMaintaining an adequate supply of tools and equipment and restocking as necessary, to enable the effective delivery of services\nCompleting accurate daily work records and providing timely updates to customers\nIdentifying potential maintenance issues and reporting these in a timely manner, to maintain a safe environment\nSkills and experiences:\nPrevious experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role is essential\nAbility to identify and/or carry out minor repairs\nAn understanding of basic health and safety in the workplace\nPractical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery is desirable\nStrong communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills are key to this role\nAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team\nAre you ready to be your best?\nBrilliant work deserves brilliant benefits!
