This will require working as part of a team as well as lone working, and you will be required to carry out general maintenance on our properties in the East including installing windows, composite doors, residential doors, kitchens, bathrooms and LAS wet rooms and fencing. You will need experience in basic plumbing and laying vinyl floors.\nThe role ofMulti-Trade Operativewill include:\nCarrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications\nProviding accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed\nResponding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications\nResolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications\nEnsuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets\nSkills and experiences:\nTo ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical. If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS). As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted\nRecent experience of undertaking a similar role\nWorking experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions\nWorking knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation\nPC literate and able to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling\nThis role will involve driving on company business.
